Biometrics

Biometrics is the use of an individual's measurable physical or behavioural characteristics to identify them. It is commonly used in security systems as it can provide a reliable way to determine an individual's identity. Biometrics can be used to gain access to physical or digital spaces, as well as to authenticate purchases, documents, and other transactions. Biometrics is increasingly used as an efficient and secure way to ensure that only those with the proper access can gain entry or access protected resources. Furthermore, biometrics is becoming a standard component of identity management systems.
