Blueberries

Blueberries are small fruits native to North America and are packed with vitamins, minerals and antioxidants. They are a great source of dietary fiber, manganese, vitamin C, vitamin K and other important vitamins and minerals. Blueberries are used in a variety of recipes, including jams, pies, pastries and salads. They are also sold as frozen fruits or dried. Studies have suggested that regular consumption of blueberries can help reduce the risk of heart disease, cancer, diabetes, and other chronic health conditions.
