Acupuncture

Acupuncture is a form of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) in which thin needles are inserted into specific points of the body to help treat a variety of medical conditions. It is based on the idea that the body contains channels of energy, referred to as meridians, which run throughout the body and can become blocked due to stress, injury, or illness. The needles are inserted into these points in order to re-balance the flow of energy and restore physical and mental health. It is a safe, low-cost, and non-invasive treatment that is used to treat a range of conditions including musculoskeletal pain, headaches, stress, digestive complaints, and mental health issues. It is increasingly being used in conjunction with conventional medicine, and can be a powerful tool for improving overall health and well-being.
