Mindful Movement

Mindful Movement is a form of physical activity that integrates the mindfulness of meditation with physical exercise. It combines purposeful, slow and mindful movements with mindful breathing techniques known as pranayama. Its goal is to improve physical and mental well-being by promoting self-awareness, body awareness and relaxation. Mindful Movement helps to relax the body and mind and reduce stress levels. It can be used to improve physical strength, balance and coordination, as well as increase flexibility and range of motion. Additionally, Mindful Movement can offer mental and emotional benefits such as heightened self-awareness and better control over emotions. This form of physical activity can be used as an effective tool for developing mindfulness and using it for improved overall health and wellbeing.
