Phototherapy

Phototherapy, or light therapy, is a medical treatment method involving the use of light to treat various ailments. It can be used to treat conditions such as sleep disorders, skin disorders, and depression, among others. Phototherapy works by exposing the affected area to specific wavelengths of light, which alters the biochemical reactions within the body. This helps in decreasing inflammation, improving the skin's texture, fighting off infection and stimulating the production of healthy cells. Phototherapy is a safe and effective treatment that can be used to treat a wide range of conditions. It is also cost-effective, non-invasive and has minimal side effects.
