Qi Gong
Qi gong is an ancient Chinese practice consisting of physical postures, breathing exercises and meditation. It is used to help improve overall wellbeing, promote healing and regulate qi, the body's vital energy, to maintain balance and harmony. Qi gong can also be used to prevent or treat physical and mental illnesses, reduce stress and improve sleep quality. With regular practice, Qi gong can lead to increased energy, improved concentration and better overall health.
