Reflexology

Reflexology is an ancient form of healing that uses physical pressure on specific points and areas of the feet, hands and ears to improve health, relieve pain and enhance relaxation. Reflexology is based on the principle that an image of the body is mirrored in different areas of the hands, feet and ears, and that by stimulating points on these areas, other parts of the body can be affected. Practitioners of reflexology believe that it can help stimulate the body’s natural healing processes, relax and relief tension, alleviate stress and illness, improve circulation, reduce pain and improve overall health. Reflexology is becoming increasingly popular as a holistic approach to health, as it is non-invasive, natural and results can be felt quickly.
