Arthritis
Arthritis is a term used to describe a group of inflammatory conditions that affects the musculoskeletal system. It causes pain, stiffness, and swelling in the joints and leads to a decrease in the range of motion and ability to perform activities of daily living. It is most commonly seen in adults, but it can also occur in children. Treatment involves lifestyle modifications, medications, physical therapy, and sometimes surgery. Arthritis can have a significant impact on quality of life, but with appropriate treatment, it can be managed and the effects minimized.
