Infectious Arthritis
Infectious Arthritis is a medical condition caused by a bacterial or viral infection in the joints. It causes swelling, stiffness, and pain in the affected area, and can sometimes result in difficulty moving the joint. Treatment often includes the use of antibiotics and topical treatments to fight the infection, and physical therapy to help strengthen the joint and improve mobility. Infectious Arthritis can be a serious and potentially life-threatening condition, and is especially dangerous in people with weakened immune systems. Early diagnosis and prompt treatment is essential to prevent long-term damage and disability.
