Physiotherapy
Physiotherapy is a branch of healthcare that uses physical methods such as exercise, massage, manipulation and other treatments to help improve a person’s ability to move and function. Physiotherapy is an important tool for recovery and rehabilitation, used to manage a range of conditions including sports injuries, arthritis, headaches, back and neck pain, joint pain, stroke, cerebral palsy and other neurological conditions. Physiotherapy may also be used to improve posture, balance, coordination and breathing. It is a safe, non-invasive and cost-effective approach to improve physical health and well-being.
