Anxiety Disorders
Anxiety Disorders are a group of mental health conditions characterized by feelings of fear, tension, and unease that can be severe and debilitating. They include panic disorder, phobias, post-traumatic stress disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorder, and generalized anxiety disorder. Anxiety Disorders can significantly impair an individual’s daily functioning and can have a significant impact on quality of life. Treatment options may include psychotherapy, lifestyle changes, medications, or a combination of these. Early diagnosis and treatment can help reduce the severity and chronicity of these conditions and improve the quality of life of those affected.
