Behavior Change
Behavior change is the process of altering patterns of behavior in order to improve physical and mental health, life satisfaction, and social functioning. It can involve changing the way we think, feel, and behave, as well as developing new skills. This can improve overall well-being, helping us to achieve our goals and live healthy and productive lives. Behavior change involves setting goals, making plans, and taking action. It is a key component of successful health interventions, such as quitting smoking, reducing stress, and improving physical activity. By engaging in behavior change, individuals can gain control over their lives and work towards positive goals.
