Biogeochemistry

Biogeochemistry is the study of the interactions between biological and chemical processes in the environment. It is an important field of science because it helps to understand the global environment, climate change, and the health of ecosystems. It also helps us understand how the Earth’s systems and resources are connected, and how humans interact with them. Biogeochemistry is used to monitor and manage the health of ecosystems, improve resource management, and develop sustainable solutions to environmental problems. In addition, its research helps inform clean energy technology, as well as carbon sequestration, freshwater resources, and soil fertility.
