Anti Cancer Drugs
Anticancer drugs are medicines used to treat cancer. They work by interfering with certain processes that cancer cells need to grow and divide. These drugs can be used alone or in combination with other treatments, such as surgery, radiation therapy, or immunotherapy. Anticancer drugs can be given orally, intravenously, or by injection. They can also be taken topically or placed near the site of the cancer. Anticancer drugs are highly effective in treating cancer and can improve quality of life by extending life expectancy and reducing the severity of cancer symptoms. They also allow cancers to be treated with fewer side effects than other treatments, such as chemotherapy.
