Developmental Disorders
Developmental disorders are conditions that affect a child's physical, cognitive and social development. These disorders can range from mild to severe and can involve delays or difficulties in language acquisition, motor skills, socialization, academic achievement and/or other major life activities. Developmental disorders can be caused by genetic, environmental or other factors, or a combination thereof. Early diagnosis and intervention can help improve long-term outcomes and enhance the overall quality of life for affected individuals.
