Family Therapy
Family therapy is a form of psychotherapy that focuses on the relationships between members of a family. It is a collaborative approach to therapy that can improve overall functioning and well-being of family members. Family therapy can be used in many different situations, including when there are communication issues between family members and when one family member is struggling with mental health problems such as depression, anxiety, or addiction. Unlike individual therapy, which focuses on the needs of one person, family therapy looks at the bigger picture and considers how each member of the family influences the others. Family therapy can help families build strong relationships and learn healthy ways to communicate and navigate difficult topics.
