Diagnosis and treatment of dental diseases is the branch of dentistry concerned with detecting, classifying, and managing disorders of the teeth, periodontium, and supporting oral structures. Common conditions include dental caries and pulpal disease, periodontal and gingival inflammation, malocclusion, and developmental or syndromic anomalies, with diagnosis drawing on clinical examination, radiography and cone-beam imaging, and biochemical markers in gingival crevicular fluid and serum. Treatment ranges from preventive and non-surgical periodontal therapy through endodontics, orthodontics, restorative and prosthetic rehabilitation, and surgical and implant-based reconstruction. The research collected here reflects this scope through studies of low-level laser therapy combined with non-surgical periodontal treatment and its effect on inflammatory markers, orthodontic and surgical management of Class III malocclusion, cephalometric evaluation of facial asymmetry, gingival crevicular fluid dynamics during orthodontic treatment, bone grafting and sinus augmentation, autotransplantation for missing molars, management of endodontic complications, and implant osseointegration assessed histologically.
