Anagen Phase

The anagen phase is a crucial stage of the hair growth cycle. It is the stage during which the hair follicle actively grows, producing a new hair. As this is the longest stage of the hair cycle, taking between two to six years, it is of crucial importance for the overall appearance of the hair. The anagen phase is the optimal time for treatments to affect hair shafts and take advantage of the active production of hair. This phase is ideal for hair growth treatments to help encourage the growth of thicker, longer and healthier hair.
