Sensory Perception
Sensory perception is the ability of an organism to detect and interpret external stimuli in order to form a mental representation of the environment. It is an important process that enables us to make sense of our world through the integration of information from our environment with existing knowledge. Sensory perception plays an important role in communication, behaviour, learning, and development. It is also essential for survival, as it allows people to detect and interpret warning signs, such as smoke or a loud noise. In addition, it enables us to interact with our environment by providing us with a sense of touch, taste, smell, sound, and sight. Through sensory perception, we can explore, interact, and survive in our environment.
