Sun Poisoning
Sun poisoning is a severe form of sunburn that can cause a range of symptoms, from skin redness and blistering to headaches, dizziness, and nausea. It can occur after exposure to intense ultraviolet (UV) radiation from the sun and can be very serious if not treated promptly. Sun poisoning can lead to dehydration, heat exhaustion, and even potential organ damage. Sun poisoning can be prevented by staying out of direct sunlight, wearing protective clothing, applying sunscreen, and avoiding peak UV radiation hours. Taking proactive steps to protect yourself from sun poisoning is important to maintain overall health and wellness.
