Spectrometers
Spectrometers are optical instruments used to measure the wavelength and intensity of light emitted from a sample. They are important tools for scientists and engineers in fields such as chemistry, physics and astronomy. Spectrometers help to identify and characterize different materials, analyze and study reactions, measure properties of light sources, detect chemical composition and identify spectral lines of elements. They are also useful in quality control and environmental monitoring, as well as medical and industrial applications. Spectrometers are powerful pieces of equipment which can provide valuable insight on the spectrum of light that is emitted from a sample, aiding with the understanding and analysis of many different types of phenomena.
