Time-resolved Fluorescence Spectroscopy

Time-resolved Fluorescence Spectroscopy (TRFS) is a powerful analytical technique used to monitor the interactions between molecules in solution. It can be used to obtain information about a variety of biological and chemical processes such as protein-ligand binding, conformational changes, and protein-DNA interactions. By measuring the fluorescence emission and decay of a molecule at different times, TRFS provides very precise temporal resolution, allowing one to detect short-lived or transient processes. TRFS is an invaluable tool for studying biochemical reactions and biological structures at the molecular level. It has found widespread use in a variety of fields, such as biochemistry, biophysical chemistry, pharmaceutical sciences, and medical research.
