Enteropathies

Enteropathies are diseases involving the gastrointestinal tract which include Crohn's disease as well as ulcerative colitis. Symptoms of enteropathies may vary and can include abdominal pain, cramping, diarrhea, and weight loss. Treatment can include dietary changes, medications, and in extreme cases, surgery. The early identification and effective management of enteropathies is essential in order to improve the quality of life of those living with this condition.
