Oncology Gynecological Cancers

Oncology Gynecological Cancers refer to a group of diseases characterized by the growth of abnormal cells in the female reproductive organs. They are the leading cause of cancer-related deaths among women, and include cancers of the uterus, ovaries, cervix, vulva and vagina. Treatments vary by type of cancer but may involve a combination of surgery, radiation, chemotherapy and/or targeted therapy to reduce or eliminate the cancer. Early detection is critical for successful treatment, and regular screenings are recommended for women to maintain their health.
