Nucleosides
Nucleosides are molecules composed of a nitrogenous base and a sugar group. They are an important component of nucleic acids, which play a key role in DNA and RNA. In DNA, nucleosides provide the basic building blocks for coding genetic information, while in RNA they are involved in transcription and translation of genetic information. Nucleosides are also used in pharmaceuticals as antiviral, antineoplastic, and anti-inflammatory medicines. They are also used in the food, cosmetic, and cosmetic biotechnology industries due to their ability to modulate, stabilize, and enhance the performance of a variety of products. Therefore, nucleosides are essential for a wide range of biological processes and have many significant uses across many industries.
