Rna Helicases
RNA helicases are enzymes that play a key role in processing RNA molecules in the cell. By unwinding double-stranded RNA, they enable a variety of essential processes such as gene expression, pre-mRNA splicing, and RNA localization. They are also involved in the replication of viruses, making them essential for the survival of many pathogens. As such, they represent attractive targets for the development of antiviral therapeutics.
