Natural Products

Natural products are compounds derived from living organisms and their metabolic pathways. They are important in medicine, nutrition, food, cosmetics, and many other industries. Natural products have unique chemical structures, often containing compounds not found in other substances. They may have medicinal properties and can be used in the treatment of diseases and ailments. Natural products are also important in the food industry, providing color, flavor and aroma to foods. They are also used in cosmetics, where they provide conditioning, protection, and moisturizing benefits to the skin. Overall, natural products are an important and integral part of our lives.
