Food Poisoning
Food Poisoning is a condition caused by consuming food that has been contaminated with bacteria, toxins, or other harmful substances. It is characterized by abdominal cramps, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, and fever. These symptoms usually emerge within 2-6 hours after ingesting the contaminated food, and can last anywhere from a few hours to several days. Food Poisoning is a serious health risk, as it can lead to dehydration and other serious complications. It is important to practice food safety, such as washing hands and utensils before and after handling food, and cooking food thoroughly. To reduce the risk of food poisoning, always store food properly, and check expiration dates when buying food. Additionally, it is important to seek medical attention if symptoms of food poisoning occur.
