Fertility Awareness

-Based Methods Fertility Awareness-Based Methods (FABMs) are methods of contraception used by women and couples to plan pregnancies or prevent pregnancy without the use of hormones or invasive devices. FABMs rely on interpreting the natural changes in the body to identify a woman’s fertile and non-fertile days. This method provides couples with an easy and effective way of avoiding or achieving pregnancy using only natural body signs. FABMs are not only effective in preventing pregnancy but also have additional benefits such as helping women to monitor their reproductive health, detect early signs of infection, or polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS). FABMs are simple to learn and are cost-effective, making them an attractive birth control option.
