Cytogenetic Techniques
Cytogenetics is the study of chromosome structure and function, and involves the use of various techniques to examine and analyze the number, type, and arrangement of chromosomes. These techniques are used to diagnose genetic disorders, to develop more accurate treatments, and to identify new gene variants associated with diseases.
