Eubacterium

Eubacterium is a group of bacteria that plays an important role in maintaining healthy ecological balance. Most of the Eubacterium species are beneficial to humans and the environment, like the Methanogens, which are responsible for producing methane – one of the main sources of energy in many countries. Other beneficial species like Clostridium, Brevibacterium and Lactobacillus are used in food production processes, such as the production of cheese, yogurt, beer, wine and other fermented foods. Additionally, Eubacterium species are important components of many natural processes, such as nitrogen fixation and the decomposition of organic matter. In conclusion, Eubacterium is an important group of bacteria that has a positive effect on human health and on the environment.
