Genetically Modified Organisms

Genetically Modified Organisms (GMOs) are organisms whose genetic material has been artificially altered or modified in a laboratory setting. GMOs are used to produce a variety of goods and services, including new medicines, enhanced crop yields, and pest-resistant foods. However, some people have concerns about their potential health and environmental risks. The long-term effects of GMOs on human and animal health, as well as their environmental impact, are still in the process of being studied and understood. By understanding the potential benefits and risks of GMOs, we can better assess their potential in our society.
