Insulin

Insulin is a hormone produced by the pancreas that helps regulate the body’s metabolism and plays an important role in regulating blood sugar levels. It is used to treat diabetes, a condition in which the body does not produce enough insulin or cannot use it effectively. Insulin is also used to treat other conditions such as polycystic ovary syndrome, acromegaly and certain types of cancer. It is an essential part of a healthy lifestyle for those with diabetes or other conditions that require its use, as it helps to control blood sugar levels and ensure the body has enough energy to function properly.
