Counseling

Counseling is a form of psychotherapy which helps people to manage and overcome stress, anxiety and mental health issues. It is a process where a person talks to a qualified therapist about their personal difficulties and experiences in order to gain insight, identify the causes of their problems and to work out ways to cope and resolve them. Counseling helps people to develop better self-awareness and understanding, to build stronger relationships and to learn healthy ways to manage stress and emotion. It is often used in combination with other forms of psychological intervention, such as medication, cognitive-behavioral therapy and more, in order to promote positive change and lasting recovery.
