Epilepsy Society

Epilepsy Society is a registered charity in the United Kingdom that works to improve the lives of people living with epilepsy. It provides support, advice, research and campaigns to improve the quality of life for those with this neurological condition. As well as providing specialist nurses and running residential services, the Society focuses on improving access to, and understanding of, epilepsy. It works to reduce the stigma associated with epilepsy and to increase awareness in the community of this potential disability. Through its research projects, the Society strives to uncover new treatments and therapies, which could lead to more effective seizure control and ultimately, healthier lives for those living with epilepsy.
