Amino Acids, Branched-chain

Amino acids are organic compounds composed of nitrogen, carbon, hydrogen, and oxygen which are essential in the structure and functioning of living organisms. Branched-chain amino acids (BCAAs), in particular, are a group of three essential amino acids - leucine, isoleucine, and valine - that help support protein synthesis and muscle growth, as well as provide energy to cells during prolonged exercise. BCAAs are often consumed as dietary supplements for their potential benefits, such as improved endurance, energy, and recovery. They may also help to reduce fatigue, support healthy weight loss, and promote muscle growth.
