Amino Group
Amino groups are molecules containing nitrogen, hydrogen, and carbon that form the essential structural units of proteins (proteins are the building blocks of life). Amino groups are essential for many functions within the body, such as muscle contraction, digestion, and enzyme activity. In addition, they are also used in the pharmaceutical industry for creating drugs that can treat diseases and improve health. By understanding the structure and function of amino groups, scientists can develop new drugs, study disease pathways, and design better medical treatments.
