Regeneration
Regeneration is the process of organ or tissue renewal and repair. It is a natural process that occurs in many living organisms, including humans. By regeneration of cells and tissues, organisms can reconstruct, replace, and restore all or part of their structure. Regeneration allows organisms to regenerate various body parts, such as heart and liver tissue, veins, skin, nervous tissue, and even limbs. This capacity to undergo regeneration has many important implications for medical and biotechnology research, as it could enable us to create new and existing organs, including transplantable organs. It can also help to repair damaged tissues such as those damaged after injury or disease, and repair damaged organs, restore functionality, and provide relief from certain conditions.
