Food Poisoning
Food poisoning is the result of eating contaminated food, leading to an physical illness. Common symptoms include nausea, vomiting and diarrhoea. It is important to take steps to prevent food poisoning, as it can cause significant discomfort, and in rare cases can even be life-threatening. To reduce risk, it is advised to wash hands regularly when handling food, cook food at the correct temperature, and store food correctly. If food poisoning is suspected, medical advice should be sought.
