Functional Foods

Functional foods have gained significant attention in the field of nutrition and health due to their potential to promote overall well-being and prevent various diseases. These foods are not only a source of essential nutrients but also contain bioactive compounds that offer additional health benefits. The latest research in this area has shown that functional foods play a crucial role in managing chronic conditions such as cardiovascular disease, diabetes, obesity, and certain types of cancer.
