Workplace Bullying

Workplace bullying is the repeated, intentional mistreatment of an individual in the workplace. It can take various forms, from verbal abuse to physical violence, and it can have serious negative consequences for the target, such as decreased job satisfaction, psychological distress, and even physical health problems. It is important for employers to recognize and address workplace bullying, as it can create a toxic work environment which reduces productivity, morale, and employee wellness. Employers can do this by implementing anti-bullying policies and procedures, providing training to employees on appropriate behavior, and ensuring there are mechanisms in place for employees to report bullying.
