Behavior
Change Behavior change is the process of starting or stopping a behavior in order to improve health or reduce risk. For example, a smoker may quit smoking or an individual may start exercising to improve their cardiovascular health. Individuals may also change their behavior to decrease their risk for diseases such as diabetes or heart disease. Behavior change is important, as it can help to reduce the risk of developing certain diseases or health conditions. It may also help improve overall quality of life and mental health. Additionally, behavior change has been associated with positive outcomes in areas such as increased productivity and decreased absenteeism. By making changes to our behaviors, we can take control of our health and well-being.
