Behavioral Disciplines and Activitie

Behavioral disciplines and activities are techniques used to promote and reinforce desirable behaviors in children and adults. The techniques provide structure and guidance necessary to help individuals reach their goals, stay on task, and be successful in various environments. Behavioral disciplines and activities are used for a variety of purposes, including: treating social and emotional difficulties, reducing problem behaviors, teaching impulse control, and improving academic performance. By providing structure and positive reinforcement, these techniques can help individuals develop important social and emotional skills and improve their overall quality of life.
