Mental Health Anxiety Disorders
Mental health anxiety disorders are a group of conditions characterized by intense and irrational fear, worry, and unease. Symptoms of these conditions may include difficulty sleeping, difficulty concentrating, poor memory recall, increased heart rate, and difficulty breathing.
