Psychodynamic Interpersonal Psychotherapy
Psychodynamic Interpersonal Psychotherapy, or PIP, is a type of psychotherapy that focuses on exploring and understanding the patient's internal emotional and mental conflicts. Through this process, the patient is able to gain better insight into their thoughts, feelings, and relationships and can develop the skills to manage emotional distress better. PIP is an effective treatment for a range of psychological issues, including depression and anxiety. It may also help people in long-term relationships to resolve conflicts and issues, as well as to improve communication. Through a psychodynamic approach, PIP helps patients to gain better understanding of themselves and more control over their emotions and behaviour.
