Substance Abuse Therapy
Substance abuse therapy is a form of therapy used to treat individuals with a substance use disorder. It is an evidence-based approach that combines psychotherapeutic and pharmacological interventions to reduce or eliminate addictive behavior. Substance abuse therapy helps individuals learn about their addiction and develop the skills and knowledge to prevent relapse and maintain sobriety. It also helps individuals identify triggers that could lead to relapse, and develop coping strategies and problem-solving skills to manage their addiction and improve their overall mental and physical health.
