Yoga Psychotherapy

Yoga Psychotherapy is a form of psychotherapy that focuses on applying yoga practices and principles to assist clients in managing mental health issues. This holistic approach integrates the physical and psychological aspects of yoga to create a healing environment for increased self-awareness, self-expression and emotional regulation. The goal of yoga psychotherapy is to help individuals recognize their triggers and underlying emotional issues, allowing them to develop healthier coping mechanisms and better regulate their own emotional responses. Yoga psychotherapy has been found to be effective in treating a variety of mental health conditions, including depression, anxiety, trauma, and PTSD. It is an especially useful treatment option for people who do not respond to other forms of therapy. Yoga Psychotherapy can provide positive, lasting results and improved quality of life.
