Illegal Steroids

Illegal steroids are synthetic drugs that mimic the effects of the hormone testosterone and are used to increase muscle mass and strength. They can cause serious side effects, including heart and liver damage, increased aggression, and shrinkage of the testicles. The use of illegal steroids is banned in most professional sports, and their possession and sale is illegal in many countries. They should never be taken without a doctor's prescription and guidance.
