Thoracoscopic

Sympathectomy Thoracoscopic Sympathectomy is a minimally invasive surgical procedure used to treat conditions related to the sympathetic nervous system, such as excessive sweating or blushing. During the procedure, the surgeon uses a camera to guide a tiny instrument through a small incision in the chest wall to locate the sympathetic nerves. The nerves are then gently divided or destroyed, interrupting the signals that cause the symptoms. The procedure is highly effective in reducing or eliminating the symptoms, with minimal scarring and relatively low risk of complications. As such, Thoracoscopic Sympathectomy is a viable treatment option for patients with sympathetically mediated conditions.
