Breeding Season

Breeding season is the time of year when animals reproduce. It is important for species survival as it ensures the passing of genes from one generation to the next. Breeding season also helps to keep animal populations stable. Many human activities, such as farming, hunting, and conservation, rely on knowledge of when animals breed in order to plan and manage their activities. Breeding season is also relevant to pet owners, as they must make sure to not only provide adequate nutrition, but also meet the needs of animals in terms of providing appropriate environments and companionship during the breeding season.
